  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (if available for your destination).

We ship worldwide to most countries, including:

  • North America: United States, Canada

  • Oceania: Australia, New Zealand

  • Other regions: Selected countries supported by our carriers

If your country is not available at checkout, we currently do not ship there.

We do not ship to sanctioned or restricted countries.

4. Shipping Methods & Fees

5. Order Tracking

Most orders include tracking.

  • When your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after your parcel has been dispatched.

If you have no tracking information after 5 business days, contact us at support@harvtic.com.


6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to:

  • Handling fees

These charges are not included in product prices or shipping fees and must be paid by the customer.

We cannot mark orders as “gifts” or lower the declared value.

7. Incorrect Address or Undeliverable Packages

Harvtic is not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered because of:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Recipient unavailability

  • Failure to pick up packages

If a package is returned to us:

  • We may offer to reship it (a new shipping fee may apply), or

If the parcel is not returned by the carrier, we may not be able to issue a refund.

8. Lost, Delayed or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows delays, please allow extra time.
Many delays resolve after customs clearance or local sorting.

Lost packages

A package may be considered lost if:

  • No tracking update has been shown for an extended period AND

  • The carrier confirms it cannot be located

If confirmed lost, we will offer either:

  • A replacement, or

  • A refund (depending on availability)

Marked as delivered but not received

If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive it:

  1. Check with neighbors, reception, or building staff

  2. Check alternative delivery locations

  3. Wait 1–2 days (carriers sometimes mark early)

If still missing, contact us.

9. Split Shipments

If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately depending on stock and warehouse location.

If split:

  • You may receive multiple tracking numbers

  • Delivery dates may differ
